Our facility is comprised of five state-of-the-art analyzers and three sorters from Becton Dickinson. Three instruments are spectrally enhanced for more complex user experiments. We are generously supported by the Canada Foundation For Innovation.
Please DO NOT turn the FACS Flow Supply Systems off. They are to remain powered on at all times.
• The analyzer cancellation period is 6 hours in advance.
• 15 minutes of every appointment booking is dedicated to cleaning the instrument. 30 minutes if bacteria or yeast samples.
• Operator assisted (consultation, training, acquisition, and sorting) cancellation period is 48 hours in advance.
• We are not responsible for data storage.
• No USBs are allowed on individual computers!
Our BD FACSDiscover™ S8 Cell Sorter provides:
